Otherwise known as the Carnival City, San Faldo is a pinnacle of time-wasters, from cheap thrills to elaborate festivals. As a part of the Grand Line, there is a fairly large navy population, though those that patrol here are often almost as corrupt as the pirates who flock to the island. San Faldo is definitely the most renowned city of excess.
