Baterilla is a relatively out-of-the-way island in the South Blue where much of the atmosphere gives off the impression of a tropical resort. The inhabitants are particularly hospitable when compared to the rest of the slightly militant South and native cuisine is rumored to be restorative for weary sea-goers. It is a very relaxing island and fairly peaceful.

A newly established naval base. The Marine academy is located within this sector, and many ships are anchored in the harbor. It isn't even a city, more so a giant fortress over a small island. This is a large outpost within the South Blue, and many Marines reside here.

Board Description
› SOUTH BLUE
East of the West Blue and below the Southern Calm Belt lies the South Blue, of which little is known. It is not easy to determine how powerful this sea is, other than it is not weaker than the East Blue, but its status as a provider of powerful weaponry lends to the idea it is not particularly weak. The South Sea seems to be a fairly ethnocentric area and its inhabitants are of the rougher sort, though this is not necessarily true of all of its islands.
